Cancellation conditions
If cancelled up to 29 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Preauthorize
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Children and Extra Bed Policy
Children older than 13 years are welcome. One child from 13 to 14 years is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding. One child from 15 to 18 years is charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy
50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes
14 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
